HR Payroll Specialist | Italian Speaker | Porto (Hybrid)

Are you looking for an international opportunity in Human Resources within a fast-paced and multicultural environment?
We are looking for one!

Your Main Responsibilities
Manage HR administrative processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain and update employee data across HR systems such as SAP HR and ADP.
Support pre-payroll and post-payroll activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Handle HR documentation, personnel files, and archiving processes in line with audit requirements.
Provide timely and accurate support to employees and managers on HR-related topics.
Perform data quality checks and contribute to compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For
2-3 years of experience in HR Administration, Shared Services, or a similar environment.
Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR administration practices.
Experience working with HR systems such as SAP HR and/or ADP.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
Fluent Italian and good English communication skills are essential.
